In this class, we practice Anapana meditation which helps you focus on your natural breath with elements of Vipassana meditation thus allowing you to get in touch with your body sensations.
You will learn the art of becoming the witness to yourself, release judgment, and achieve equanimity. Through this practice, with time, you will start to recognize your negative reaction patterns and begin to replace the negative impulses with positive action. You will learn to “act” rather than “react” to life’s events.
Through practicing the Loving Kindness meditation your heart chakra will open to a greater love for yourself and others. You learn to recognize the wisdom that resides within your heart and how to follow it.
